When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any item shipped to you from The One Cup Project Store may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future The One Cup Project Store orders. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns older than 60 days will be issued merchandise credit (electronic gift certificate). Returns for orders originally purchased with a One Cup Project gift card will be issued a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits may be redeemed at The One Cup Project Store and are not redeemable in any of Silver Cup Coffee’s retail locations.
